The development of the sophisticated SIMALFA® Free Flowing System is the result of our efforts to create innovative application procedures for our customers. It combines the use of gravity with special packaging, various individual components and a high volume, low pressure (HVLP) spray gun – leading to the development of the most reliable and affordable method of adhesive application.

When you need a flexible adhesive delivery system for your working place that is set up in just a few steps, it is advisable to use the Free Flowing System with a 20 kg box. Just attach hose, install box – and you’re ready to go. It’s as easy as that.

REQUIREMENTS & RECOMMENDATIONS
- Make sure the hose kit is tightened securely to the SIMALFA® adhesive box and the spray gun.
- Height of the box > 2.0 m
- To fill the hose just pull the trigger of the spray gun carefully. Gravity will do the rest.
- Tie the hose from the hose set and the hose for your compressed air together to ensure an ergonomic working.
