SIMALFA® Easy-2-Pump System
All SIMALFA® 2-component adhesives can be conveyed over long distances with our Easy-2-Pump system. This works for both the adhesive and the accelerator. The double diaphragm pump is installed between the adhesive container (500 kg or IBC container) and the adhesive applicator. This saves space and is also very cost-effective.
Optimal supply of 2-component adhesives
The Easy-2-Pump system allows you to supply several workplaces with SIMALFA® at the same time. The low pressure and low pulsation operation of the Easy-2-Pump system allows to deliver the SIMALFA® 2-component adhesive particularly gently over short and long distances. The use of the energy-efficient pumps enables an accurate mixing ratio between adhesive and accelerator, resulting in maximized adhesive performance with with minimal application. Thanks to the clever and robust design of the Easy-2-Pump system, maintenance and cleaning requirements are extremely low.
Easy-2-Pump sets for a variable number of workstations
We offer the Easy-2-Pump system as a complete set for a different number of workstations. Each set includes all essential parts for a successful installation of the conveyor system. The length of the supply pipes can be adjusted to your needs. All that remains to set up an application-ready workstation is a compressed air supply and spray gun. Our experts will be happy to assist you with installation, start-up, process implementation and optimization.
