Introducing SIMALFA^® CR-free adhesives – the first CR-free one- and two component adhesive for foam-bonding.

The latest product from the SIMALFA^® series of water-based adhesives, SIMALFA^® 301, closes a gap in the bonding of foams with environmentally friendly adhesives. The enormously high initial tack makes bonding under high tension trouble-free, even when bonding foam to wood, and reduces drying and pressing times to a minimum. In addition to the high initial tack, the adhesive is extremely economical in use. These outstanding properties significantly reduce process times and increase process reliability.

No overspray, strong instant tack with just one-sided application and very economical: we introduce SIMALFA^® 822 OF to the market.

SIMALFA^® 360 enables packaging of mattresses instantly after accelerated drying.
